Ever since my grandfather, T.B. Mayfield, shared his first batch of ice cream with our family and friends in 1923, our passion for making only the finest quality ice cream has never wavered. Today, almost 100 years later, I’m proud to say that we still use fresh cream from our own dairy to ensure we continue to deliver the genuine Southern homemade taste beloved by generations of Southern families.

Our mascot, Maggie, is more than just
a pretty Jersey cow. Her rich and creamy milk is one of the reasons our ice cream tastes so good. And we’ll let you in on a little secret. Maggie is also our head flavorologist. She’s always on the lookout for delicious new ingredients for our limited-edition flavors, and she's delighted to be able to share her discoveries with you!
